We are releasing our first game!

Since we formed our game studio in March 2021 we have been working on our first game. Today is the day we finally get to release it!

MonkaSpace is a roguelike shooter where you've crashed your ship onto the planet of monkeys. Fight the monkeys, acquire unique weapons and defeat the monkey king!

MonkaSpace is developed by Bitlag Studio, a small team located in the Netherlands. This shows how far you can get with building a 2.5D game; 2D Hand-drawn environmental assets with 3D character models.
